Internal Server Error (1446449375) received when viewing Reports within Communities

Community users are receiving an Internal Server Error when attempting to view reports and/or dashboards. The error message returns the following error code: (1446449375)
This error is occurring because the current session is not being maintained when users are navigating between communities.
1 - Login to a community.
2 - Choose the app picker to navigate to a different community to which you have access.
3 - Attempt to access a report or dashboard.
4 - Receive error message ending in: (1446449375)
1 - Do not switch between communities when attempting to view reports/dashboards.
2 - Some customers have reported that refreshing the browser, after switching between communities temporarily alleviates the issue (until the next attempt to access).
