The SetSoftPhonePanelHeight() & SetSoftPhonePanelWidth() API Methods Invoke OnNavigationChange() While Popped Out
Last updated 2019-10-12 ·Reference W-5751457 ·Reported By 3 users
The API listener onNavigationChange is firing when a user changes the height or width of the popped out softphone. This is not expected behaviour, and will cause problems for many CTI configurations.
1) Open the softphone utility and pop it out into its own window
2) Attach an onNavigationChange listener to the softphone window
3) Adjust the height and width of the softphone window with setSoftphonePanelHeight and setSoftphonePanelWidth, respectively.
The onNavigationChange listener isn’t invoked.
The methods setSoftphonePanelHeight and setSoftphonePanelWidth are invoked but so is the listener onNavigationChange.
Is it Fixed?
