Classic: Notes related list Last Modified displays ContentNote insert date/time instead of LastModifiedDate set on insert with audit fields enabled

This is a continuation of the previous Known Issue (W-4463086) here:
Last modified fields in Notes related list and printable view displays incorrect data
The Notes related list in Classic incorrectly shows the Last Modified date/time value of when the insert was performed instead of the LastModifiedDate value that was set upon inserting ContentNote records with audit fields enabled.
The ContentNote record's Last Modified value in the Notes related list in Classic displays the date/time value of ContentVersion.LastModifiedDate when it should be using the ContentVersion.ContentModifiedDate.
In almost all circumstances these two field's values are in sync and the same. However, the only exception to this is when ContentNote records are inserted with audit fields enabled.
When audit fields are enabled the LastModifiedDate audit field values in the insert file are input into the ContentVersion.ContentModifiedDate field where as the ContentVersion.LastModifiedDate field automatically inherits the date/time value of when the insert was performed.
1) Insert a ContentNote record and set its audit field values (LastModifiedDate) and insert a ContentDocumentLink record to associate to note to an Account record for example.
2) Switch to Salesforce Classic if you're not already there and navigate to or open the resulting Note record:
You'll see the Last Modified value in the UI shows the value I set for LastModifiedDate when inserting the ContentNote.
3) Now navigate to the related Account record and view the same Note in the Acount's Notes related list (RL):
Actual Results: The Last Modified column in the RL is displaying the date/time for when the ContentNote was inserted (ContentVersion.LastModifiedDate) instead of the value set for LastModifiedDate when inserting the ContentNote (ContentVersion.ContentModifiedDate).
Expected Results: The Last Modified column in the Notes related list in Classic would display the Note's Last Modified date/time set on insert (ContentModifiedDate) and not the Content Version record's Last Modified date/time (LastModifiedDate).
None at this time.
