"This app does not list support for your edition of Salesforce" displayed when installing package from AppExchange

Some customers may notice the following info displayed when installing managed package from AppExchange:
This app does not list support for your edition of Salesforce. You may continue installation but it may fail later in the process.
1. Create a partner DE org(regular DE org does not have the issue) from an environment hub org.
2. Release a managed package from above DE org, pass security review and list on AppExchange.
3. Open the listing and then click 'Get Now', fill in the form and notice the warning message displayed.
No workaround. This message can be ignored as it is incorrect.
