All Day Event Does Not Respect User Timezone in Lightning Scheduler

When a resource marks a working day in their calendar as an all day event via the all day check box Lightning Scheduler does not take into consideration the resources timezone. This results in missing times slots in lighting scheduler even though no calendar events exists for the specific appointment window.
1. Setup Lightning Scheduler
2. Have a resource mark an all day event during his/her work week via the all day check mark on the calendar event
3. In lightning scheduler try to book an appointment with the resource
4. Time slots on the day prior to the all day event will be consumed and not available even though no calendar events are present for those specific time slots
Instead of using the all day event check box manually create a 24 hour event via start and end times.
