Control Center not accessible for some users - wrong sockJS client lib pulled in if no cross-domain communication is supported

Customer receives the following error when trying to connect to Control Center:
Booting the Application failed because a connection error occurred.
Currently no workaround is available. Customer should open a request with Support if any action in Control Center can not be carried out because of this bug. A support Agent can restart or dbinit the instance on behalf of the customer.
