Background color or image is overridden when using Community Theme in Winter '18

A Winter '18 feature may cause your Community Theme to have the css class "siteforceContentArea" injected into a main body div overriding other arrangements for background color or image.
1.) Preview the page at issue from Community Builder in a Winter '18 org.
2.) Open Developer Tools in the browser to inspect the page
3.) Identify css class "siteforceContentArea" is injected into a main body div.
4.) Comparing by previewing and inspecting the same page in a Summer '17 org would confirm this issue as the class "siteforceContentArea" is not there.
If needed, you can implement a temporary override in your Winter '18 sandboxes to continue needed testing. Depending on your situation, you could adjust the following css override or develop an alternative similar option. This would only be a temporary measure for use in Winter '18 sandboxes until this issue is fixed. ***This is only a temporary workaround.***
Through Community Builder -> Branding -> Dropdown arrow to Edit CSS, override the Salesforce internal style sheet css of the siteforceContentArea class by adding new css that overrides it. For example:
background: none !important;
