Salesforce for Outlook - Outlook crashes when sending or forwarding a new email or open and close a new email window

Outlook crashing/not responding when selective emails are trying to be forwarded when Salesforce For Outlook is running.
Steps To Reproduce:
- Launch both Salesforce For Outlook & Outlook
- Select certain emails - click on "Forward" or click on Compose a New email button to open a new email window
- Outlook crashes, you may click on Send or just close the new email window and it would cause the crash
The fix for this issue
There is an issue with IE - Internet Explorer that causes certain pages to crash in the browser as well as causing the Salesforce for Outlook page to crash in Outlook. Make sure you are on the latest version of IE 11. You can download the patch from here or download and re-install IE 11 from here
After the install, you would need to restart your machine
** If you don't enable the Side Panel (Just using SFO to sync) you don't need to worry about upgrading IE.
