Live agent Error in lightning Omni console app when a chat is auto-accepted with auto-accept settings enabled at a button level.
-Enable autoaccept option in an Omni routed Live chat button
-Make sure that the autoaccept option in presence configuration is not enabled
-log into omni with a chat channel in the lightning console
-start a chat with the button modified above
Actual result : Error, the chat cannot be auto-accepted.
Expected result : The chat should be auto-accepted without error
- Disable 'Automatically Accept Chats' configuration in the affected live chat button.
