Previous choice on the Salutation field becomes the default value in the next create New page.

Since Spring '18 the Salutation field remembers your choice when you don't save it until you refresh the Page.
1. In any Spring '18 org, switch to Lightning Experience/
2. Go to Contact list view.
3. Click on New
4. Select "Mrs." for Salutation field. (Fill in other required fields)
5. Click on "Save & New".
- It will open a new creation page, notice that the Salutation field have "Mrs." selected already. (ISSUE)
6. (Optional) Click on "Cancel", then create New again via Contact tab drop down. Notice "Mrs." is selected (ISSUE).
Please note that if you save the record with the wrongly selected value, the contact created is saved without error message, but if you check the salutation field on the newly created contact, it is empty.
Refresh the page or select the appropriate value for the Salutation field.
