Internal Sever Exception message may encounter when editing or viewing some of the visual elements from Fonts and Colors for Self-Service Portal under Setup.
Some of which are the following:
Background - HTML Body
Tab Off: Rollover
Tab On: Rollover
1. Login as the admin
2. From Setup | Self-Service | Fonts and Colors
3. Click edit on Blue
4. Click edit on Home Page
5. Click edit on Tab off
Try adding the following to the end of the url without the double quotes.
Please be careful because this will uncheck the boxes for Bold and Underline in the UI. So, saving immediately after hitting the URL will turn Bold and Underline Off, even if before, either of them were saved to true
