Unable to load related lists if Click to dial is enabled and the user loading the related lists doesnt have access to the entity

For accounts and opportunities which have account contact roles rl and opportunity contact roles rl, the related lists error out if Click to dial is enabled and the user doesnt have access to a particular contact
Login as admin
Enabled Click to Dial
Setup contact roles for accounts.
Now add or make sure the account contact roles related list is added to the account page layout
Now create new account contact roles by clicking the "new" button in the related list. Make sure you create at least 2 contacts
Now create a user/profile which has access to one of the contacts created above but not the other.
Login as the user created in step6(above) and then load the account(created in step5)
Grant view all on the entity.
