Fixed in version macOS Catalina 10.15.3
The macOS Catalina 10.15.2 update may have included changes to the underlying WebKit control used in Outlook for Mac. There seem to be restrictions with nested 3rd party iframes reading cookies that are already set. This change has led to an issue where users on this version of macOS cannot log in to the Salesforce Outlook Integration application.
Launch the Salesforce Outlook Integration application by clicking the "View" icon in the Outlook ribbon.
To workaround the issue in the short term access the Salesforce Outlook Integration application from Outlook on the Web.
1/28/2020 Apple released macOS Catalina 10.15.3. This OS update should completely resolve the authentication problem described in this issue.
