Community Users unable to Add / Delete Record to Chatter Group.

When a community user attempts to use the "Add Record" action in a Chatter Group they will receive the following error:
We couldn't find the record you're trying to access. It may have been deleted by another user, or there may have been a system error. Ask your administrator for help.
The same error pops up when the community user attempts to delete any records.
1. Create a Chatter Group in your Community.
2. Ensure that the "Add Record" is on your Group page layout.
3. Log in as the community user and navigate to the Chatter Group.
4. Click the Add Record action, select a record and attempt to save the change. The error will be displayed at this point and the save will be blocked.
