Outlook Integration - Email Templates with images and letter heads not getting inserted properly using Desktop outlook application

When a user is trying to use the Lightning Email Template with Enhanced Letterhead from Outlook integration in Desktop Outlook then it does not pull the images or the content of the Enhanced Letterhead into the email.
--> Login to Winter'20 Salesforce org
--> Create a Lightning Email template with enhanced letterhead,
--> Now login into the Outlook integration in Desktop Outlook application with the same user.
--> Click on New email in Outlook. Once the email pops up click on the Salesforce cloud icon to launch the Outlook integration side panel.
--> Now Click on "Email Templates".
--> Choose records under "Sending To" and "Related To" fields
--> Now choose from the available Lightning templates.
--> User will notice that it does not pull the enhanced letterhead content.
Doing the Same steps in Outlook Web App works fine.
Use the Outlook Web app for using this functionality.
