Summary
Admins in Account Manager will see the below error message when trying to edit user accounts, this because the admin's and the user's organizations do not match:

"An error has occurred:
Unknown error:
Please contact your help desk for assistance."

Account Manager Admins are not able to edit users with instance filters belonging to other organizations

Repro
An Account Manager admin having the organization A, B and C and tries to edit a user's account with the organizations A, B and D.

The error will occur in case the organizations are not identical

Workaround
Please open a case asking Support to do the changes for you until this issue gets resolved.
