Internal Server Error occurring when changing campaign ownership in Lightning Experience

Summary
Non-admin users will experience the error code -1334297193 when attempting to change the ownership of a campaign to another user within Lightning Experience.

Repro
Have your org set up with users who have access to their Campaigns but not others campaigns.

1. Log in as an affected user (make sure you are in Lightning Experience).

2. Navigate to a Campaign.

3. Either via inline editing or the edit button, change ownership to another user.

4. Experience the following error:
An internal server error has occurred Error ID: 1835520138-56347 (-1334297193)

Workaround
The ownership change is going through correctly. If the error code is affecting your users, utilizing Classic may be an option until a fix has been rolled out.
