'Time Limit Exceeded' occurs when adding "Wave Dataset Metadata" component in a change set.

Some customers have observed that they see the following error when attempting to add ‘Wave Dataset Metadata’ among the list options under change set components in an outbound change set:
Time limit exceeded
Your request exceeded the time limit for processing.

1. Log in as admin
2. Enable Wave
3. Go to Deploy | Outbound Change Sets | <Create New ChangeSet>
4. Click ‘Add’ under change set components
5. Select ‘Wave Dataset Metadata’ from the drop down and wait.
6. Observe the ‘Time Limit Exceeded’ error

'Time Limit Exceeded' occurs adding "Wave Dataset Metadata" component.
- Expected Result.
The customer is able to add Wave Dataset Metadata component to change set without any errors.
