Summary
Some Account Admins cannot add new users in Account Manager due to no organization is displayed to be assigned and therefore the user can't be created

Repro
This happens only for some admin users.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in as account admin
2. Go to user list and click "Add user"
3. Fill out details and click "Add" for organizations
4. Search for organizations

Expected result:
A list of organizations the account admin is assigned to is displayed

Actual result:
No organization is displayed, no organization can be assigned and therefore the user can't be created

Workaround
In the meantime please log a case for support to create a new user.
