When creating All-day recurring events for users in Timezones West of UTC, extra days are added to the event series resulting in the end date to be extended.
1. Sign in to Salesforce with a user that is in a timezone with a negative offset. (i.e PST is UTC -8).
2. Go to Calendar Home and click on the Calendar Trough to create an All Day Event.
3. Enable the Repeat Checkbox and for the "Series End Date" select the third radio button and choose a date a couple of days into the future. (i.e 3 days from the start).
4. Save the series
