Special Character in Admin's Name Causes Error When Changing “Grant community users access to related cases” Sharing Setting

When a System Administrator with special characters in their Last Name, attempts to toggle (enable or disable) the “Grant community users access to related cases” preference in Sharing Settings, an error will be encountered ending in (791650372).
Special characters that can have this effect include: "--", ";", "(", ")", "'", "\" ' "
1. Change admin user's last name to "(Admin's Team)".
2. Navigate to Setup | Sharing Settings
3. Check/un-check "Grant community users access to related cases" preference.
Permission change should succeed without error.

Until a fix is in place, affected admins will either need to remove the special characters from their Last Name field -or- have another admin (one whose name does not have special characters) make the change on their behalf.
