Internal Server Error when editing an Omni-Channel Presence Configuration

Internal Server Error occurs when admin tries to edit a presence configuration.
1. Login as an administrator
2. Go to setup and edit a presence configuration
3. Search for a user under the Find Users section, click Search
4. Internal Server Error has occurred
Recreate the presence configuration.
