Field Service Lightning Android app - Community User Chatter Posts do not post

Some of our customers have reported that when Community users create Chatter Posts in the Field Service Lightning Mobile app, the Chatter posts are logged in the Pending Actions queue and never get posted. Observe the visibility defaults to "Internal Only." This issue does not occur when the visibility is set to "All with Access."
This issue affects the Field Service Lightning Android app only.
Salesforce Engineering is aware of this issue and is working to resolve this.
1. Log into the Field Service Lightning Android app as a Community user.
2. Make a Chatter post
3. Observe that the post ends up in the Pending queue and does not actually post.
When making the Chatter Post, ensure the visibility is set to "All with Access" and this post should save correctly.
