Salesforce Inbox/Einstein Activity Capture: Licenses and Active Users not returning in Users and Licenses section

The Users and Licenses section for Salesforce Inbox under the Setup section may not return all License Types and Active Users.
Currently, only users with the Inbox license type are returned and recognized. Licenses of type, Sales Cloud Einstein are not returned.
In a Salesforce Organization that only has the Sales Cloud Einstein license type:
- Navigate to Setup
- In the Quick Find search field, enter: Users and Licenses
"Purchased Licenses", "Assigned Licenses", and "Unassigned Licenses" will all show '0', in addition to not seeing any active users.
