Internal Server Error when Users with Locale = Norway attempt to access Products

Users with a Locale of Norwegian cannot access Products. For example, they cannot add Opportunity Products.
Users are seeing an Internal Server Error.
1.) As a User with a Locale of "Norway", go to any Opportunity record
2.) Go down to the Product related list
3.) Click Add Product button
4.) Choose any Product and click Select
You will see an Internal Server Error page.
Change affected User's Locale from Norway to Danish until this issue is resolved.
This has the same naming convention, date/time convention as Norway, but does not have the issue with Products
