Clicking on ‘Help & Training' prompts login page in custom domain enabled orgs

Some customers have observed that their users are unable to access Help & Training without having to constantly login with their credentials. When they successfully login to Help & Training , they observe that any subsequent access to their own internal Salesforce Org throws a login screen.
The issue is reproducible across ALL browsers in org's where custom domains such as ".cloudforce" are enabled, the same issue can also be reproduced by clicking on help sections within the app.
1)Login to an org that has custom domain enabled under company profile.
2)click on Help & Training
3)You are asked to log in even though you have an active session.
Try maintaining separate browsers so that the sessions won't overlap.
