Documentation information indicating that attachments can be added to records via sidebar component is incorrect at this time

Current documentation suggests attachments and files can be added to records via the sidebar component in Console.
This is incorrect at this time and the documentation will be corrected to confirm that attachments can only be added via the case detail page in the Console.
Add attachments component to sidebar in a Console. View the Attachments section - no add button will be present.
View Case Detail page, scroll down to the Attachments related list and add the Attachment there.
