- Flow with infinite looping by Wait element gack due to java IO exception.
- Actual Result.
Gack with java IO exception.
Cause0: java.io.StreamCorruptedException: unexpected EOF in middle of data block
-Expected Result: TBD
In an Org:
1. Create impact flow.
1.1 First flow element is fast lookup a record, i.e. Account
1.2 Then do a fast update on the same Account
1.3 Create a wait element, alarm is "Relative Time"
RecordId: above account id.
Base Date/Time Field: LastModifiedDate
Object Type: Account
Offset Number: 0
Offset Unit: Hours
1.4 Add send email to your email address if any fault happened.
2. Run above flow
3. Go to account detail page, refreshing the page, notice that last modified date is updating, which means flow is running.
4. After around 30, 40 mins, check email, you receive the email about failed flow. Check splunk or log for detail log.
Infinite loop flow setup
Until this is further researched and resolved, we would recommend using a time-based workflow/Process to do the similar job as a workaround.
Is it Fixed?
