Need to provide proper error message when maximum number of assigned categories reached in Data Insert API

You can select 15 categories in the category group''A' for an article version(kav).If you try to add more, you will get the error. From the Article Management UI, you can see the proper message when the max association is reached:
Maximum number of assigned categories
You have selected 15 categories in this category group. You can't assign more than 15 categories per category group.
But in the data insert API, it just simply throw the UNKNOWN_EXCEPTIO, which is comfusing.
We need to provide a meaningful error message in such case in the data insert API.
