After renaming a Trailmix and searching for it in myTrailhead it still populates the old Trailmix results which result in a 404 error when attempting to access them.

After finishing a module in a trail, if a user clicks the 'Next Module' link under the completed challenge, it skips the next incomplete module and navigates the user to a different incomplete module in the trail. The value of the field "LAST UPDATED" field remains consistent with Created Date/ time instead as well instead of when the components are added or removed from the release.
