If "Enable Sharing Sets for Power Portal Users" is enabled, external users lose access to report and dashboard folders within communities. Consequently, dashboards accessed in communities (with this feature enabled) will return a blank page (white screen).

For some organizations the Sharing Criteria rules list when adding components to a change set will display duplicates. This can cause the error "Package member already exists" if both items attempt to be added to the change set.
