When StateCode such as China is set with Number, the value of StateCode is treated as a database value so the behavior and display value are different in Sharing Rules.

For some organizations the Sharing Criteria rules list when adding components to a change set will display duplicates. This can cause the error "Package member already exists" if both items attempt to be added to the change set.

When the external Organization Wide Defaults is private, the user is not system admin and the opportunity owner is not account owner, the default opportunity team may not be added automatically. The same issue exists for owner change as well.
