Journey Builder Push Activity limiting to ten CloudPages

When configuring a Push Notification activity in Journey Builder with an Open Behavior of 'Go to CloudPage', collections with more than ten pages are limited to the ten most recently created pages.

Editing MobileConnect priority in the UI will cause all mobile numbers to share the same priority
