REST API not accepting booleans in a consistent manner

When sending a POST REST API call to /messaging/v1/messageDefinitionSends/ and the payload includes an Attribute set to a Boolean Data Type, it you enter True/False as the value, the call will fail and we won't accept the value.

Dynamic date changes if browser timezone is different than account timezone

When trying to save Dynamic Content using a Date field, if your Browser's Time Zone is different to your Computer's Time Zone, the Dynamic Content saves the Date value incorrectly causing the Content to render wrong.

API-updated Additional Email Attributes are being overwritten for emails associated to a Campaign.
