In Lightning, there is a feature to Insert article into email. When a standard User tries to “insert article into email” though the user has all required perms, will get an Internal server error.

Article text are converted to hyperlinks in communities

There are certain text in a knowledge article that when viewed in communities such as (Napili) they are converted to hyperlinks. We see FTP and HTTP are converted. Most words with dots are converted.

knowledge article view count increase 2 or 3 first login

The first time you login and access an article in Napili, the view count would increase 2 or 3 value. After that the count would be 1. If you logout/login again, the count would be 2 or 3 value again.
