Error when clicking on Timeline minimap slider handles in certain scenario

When users perform a mouse-click on the Timeline minimap outside of the current selection it causes the current selection to be removed and sometimes the handles will be reset. If you then try to click and/or drag the handles you will get the following error: [Cannot read property '0' of null]

Apply Care Plane Template Button on Save Displays a Blank Tab Instead of the Care Plan ID Number/Name

When using the Health Cloud Visualforce button Apply Care Plan Template on save after everything is selected the tab related to the care plan will be blank.

Care Plan Template Lists Sorting Does Not Adhere to Ascending/Descending

When on the care plan template selection screen the sorting of the care plan template list does not adhere to ascending or descending selections. In addition total number of templates will show different numbers based on ascending or descending being selected.

Specifying both account and practitioner on provider records results in providers not showing up in provider search

When an admin is creating a provider record and they list both an account and practitioner on the record Health Cloud will fail to create a care provider searchable field record resulting in results not being returned in provider search.
