FSC Referrals Create Form populates the Company field with [not applicable] which prevents lead conversion for Person Accounts

Using the Referrals create form component with the Person Account model of Financial Service cloud results in the company name being populated with the value of [not applicable]. Since the company name is populated it prevents the lead from being converted to a Person Account.
