Using Message Queue to handle Email 2 Case process

When using Email2Case, the integration can get UNABLE_TO_LOCK_ROW. This can happen if there is data skew for the same parent of Case, and long running query that causes high DB time. This issue is not a bug. R&D will build a feature re-process if locking occur.
