Switching login environment to sandbox on Lightning for Outlook (LFO) on older implementations of OWA (Exchange 2013 on-premise, and possibly Exchange 2016 on-premise) returns a blank page. This is due to sandbox url routing issue on older OWA versions.

Width defined for the top, middle, and/or bottom lines in a letterhead are not displayed correctly in the email received. Email clients will display the lines either too thick or not at all.
