With state and country, picklist enabled in the org importing New Contacts using DIW “Add New Records “ option inserts “Null” text in “Mailing Street” field value, updates existing value to “Null” as well when “Update existing Records” options is selected.

When using Lightning Experience, if a user opens the Data Import Wizard and then attempts to Cancel, the "Quit" button will not function as expected and will not close the window or quit the process.
