Some customers may observe that the sum of Created, Updated, Ignored, Failed and Rejected rows in the email alert doesn't match the total number of rows in the imported csv file when using the Data Import Wizard.

When using Lightning Experience, if a user opens the Data Import Wizard and then attempts to Cancel, the "Quit" button will not function as expected and will not close the window or quit the process. This has been verified in two different scenarios till now:

This issue occurs when System Local is a multi-byte language. Data Import Wizard shows the error message, 'There was a problem uploading the CSV file. Try again, or choose another file.' when uploading CSV file by Drag and Drop. After that, unable to proceed to import/upload data.
