Account/contact import fails in personal edition using Data Import Wizard

The contact owner is changed to current user when the update is run with 'match contact by name' option in data import wizard.

With state and country, picklist enabled in the org importing New Contacts using DIW “Add New Records “ option inserts “Null” text in “Mailing Street” field value, updates existing value to “Null” as well when “Update existing Records” options is selected.
