Person Account owner changes to running user when updating records using Data Import Wizard and matching with Email or Account name, though the CSV file do not have owner information.

Some customers may observe that the sum of Created, Updated, Ignored, Failed and Rejected rows in the email alert doesn't match the total number of rows in the imported csv file when using the Data Import Wizard.

When inserting records using “Add New records” selection in DIW if the records already exist in salesforce DIW result email indicates that the records were updated instead of ignored because they share the same email address

After launching Data Import Wizard from setup and importing data completely, BULK Data Load Job page appears as expected. However, the page is loaded in Salesforce Classic UI though the UI is set with Lightning Experience.
