Server error messages (added via addError() for instance) are not displayed in various scenarios (e.g. file upload) in Lightning Experience. They are displayed as expected in Classic.

In general Salesforce does not guarantee that all Files will generate a preview but, an issue has been found when an instance is under higher than normal load that this can lead to previews not being generated when they normally would be.

When uploading Files using Chatter, users will notice that the "General" Record Type is assigned to the uploaded content. This will happen even if a custom Record Type has been assigned as the Default Record Type on that users Profile.

If you attach a file to a record from your PC, the visibility of that File will be Internal Only. Which means, external users will not have access. If you attach the same file to another record from Salesforce Files, the visibility of that file will be AllUsers. This will allow external users to...

When customer shares a note to a user, it sends a link to the shared user. When in a Console view, clicking the link does not take you to the correct note but to most recently viewed note instead.

Preview image no longer loads in email feed items in Service Console as well as images are broken when attempting to load the images separately. This occurs post deployment of the My Domain.
