Server error messages (added via addError() for instance) are not displayed in various scenarios (e.g. file upload) in Lightning Experience. They are displayed as expected in Classic.

Preview image no longer loads in email feed items in Service Console as well as images are broken when attempting to load the images separately. This occurs post deployment of the My Domain.

When uploading Files using Chatter, users will notice that the "General" Record Type is assigned to the uploaded content. This will happen even if a custom Record Type has been assigned as the Default Record Type on that users Profile.

In general Salesforce does not guarantee that all Files will generate a preview but, an issue has been found when an instance is under higher than normal load that this can lead to previews not being generated when they normally would be.

The ContentVersion.VersionData field is being returned NULL to Apex Triggers when used in Lightning Experience. This issue is not reproducible when a user is on Classic UI. Affected Apex Triggers are found to cause failures in File Uploads when used in a certain way.
