'Send Email' Button Missing from Activities Related List in Templated Communities

If all possible standard Email Actions / Buttons are added in layouts and the "Send an Email" button does appear in both Classic and Lightning Experience, the button may still fail to display in the Activity History related lists for templated Lightning Communities.

Deactivating a Customer Service (Napili) Community results in a blank page being displayed when accessed by the guest user.


After deactivating a Customer Service (Napili) Community, when a guest user tries to access the community, a blank page is displayed instead of the Inactive Site Home Page.

Article text are converted to hyperlinks in communities

There are certain text in a knowledge article that when viewed in communities such as (Napili) they are converted to hyperlinks. We see FTP and HTTP are converted. Most words with dots are converted.

"Relax IP restrictions" of ConnectedApp doesn't work for Customer Community User

Although "IP Relaxation" on "Salesforce1 for iOS" is set to "Relax IP restrictions", Customer Community User cannot log in to the Community due to "Restricted IP" of the profile.

Error when editing a Survey's styles for the first time

Users may see the following error if they edit a Survey's style for the first time: We encountered an internal error. Error ID: undefined The error will be isolated to Surveys where styles have never been added and have a pre-existing BrandingSet with the same name as the Survey.

New!Missing padding in style for Content Header when two pages use same Theme Layout Component but different Theme Layouts and have header set to "Fixed"


Inner theme region header (content header) is being overlapped by Theme outer Head region when navigating between two pages using the same Theme Layout Component but different Theme Layouts. This happens when the Fixed Header option is enabled. This happens in Google Chrome only.
