If you believe you may be affected by this issue contact Support to confirm. Rarely, Campaign statistic fields may become out of sync with your data and will remain incorrect even if recalculated.

If an organization has the 'Account Name' field added to the 'Influenced Opportunities' related list (on the Campaigns entity), that related list will fail to populate after Campaign Influence records are added to the Opportunity.

Our current documentation regarding the isUnreadByOwner field on Lead object reads: “A lead will only be considered "Read" when the owner of that lead views / edits that lead in the UI. It will remain "Unread" even if someone other than the owner views or edits the lead record or some mass action...

Users without 'Marketing User' checked on their User record get Insufficient Privileges when clicking the "View Hierarchy" link on a Campaign in Classic. The same user is able to use the View Campaign Hierarchy action in LEX without error.

When viewing the list of Campaign Members, if the customer selects more than one filter option the list returns with no results. When only one filter option is chosen it works as expected.

Some of our customers have reported that duplicate Campaign Member records are hidden from the Lightning Experience UI and from Workbench / API exporting tools. The records are visible in Classic UI. Salesforce Engineering is aware of this issue and plans to address this in a future release.

Orgs with Multiple Currency enabled are unable to merge leads or add child records to campaigns when the associated campaign has a hierarchy and was created before multiple currency was enabled.
