On using lightning console app , under Softphone Layout , when we have the Screen Pop Settings for "No Matching Records" set to "Open a new case", the callback function for searchAndScreenPop() is not getting executed

From Open CTI widget, isInConsole does not return correct results in a standard Lightning app

When using a VF page with sforce.console.isInConsole() in the Open CTI widget in a Lightning App the result returned is always true. This method works correctly returns true for a Lightning console app, but returns false for a standard lightning app.
