When softphone layout configurations are added before an Open CTI Lighting App is created the new app doesn't recognize the softphone layout config settings until after the softphone layout is edited then saved.

When using a VF page with sforce.console.isInConsole() in the Open CTI widget in a Lightning App the result returned is always true. This method works correctly returns true for a Lightning console app, but returns false for a standard lightning app.

OpenCTI onNvaigationChange() is invoked multiple times if navigation changes via UI action in the phone Adapter (e.g. button click). API invocation of same navigation works fine.

In lightning experience, calling isSoftphonePanelVisible() first, then calling setSoftphonePanelVisibility() will show Error: Invalid or missing utilityId `false` in the console and visibility is not set to true

Using Open CTI, when the User Session is timed out, It does not alert the user and when trying to perform any DML operations it logs the user out without saving any context.
