Editing a Console App if you don't have SOS permissions makes the Console Component widget move from "Selected Items" to "Available Items"

The SOS widget gets removed from a Console App when the App is edited by a User that has no SOS permissions. Effectively they're modifying the setting without realizing they're doing it as they can't see the option in the UI because they don't have perms.
