Decimal formatting for Number field does not work intermittently

Lightning , Spring 19

Number field that has Decimal places as 2 does not format value correctly. For instance, Input "1234.12345" value into the Number (4,2) field. The value will be formatted as "1234.123", not "1234.12". This issue occurs Lightning Experience in Spring'19.
