Save CSV files as UTF-8 using microsoft excel. Workaround???
Anyone have a workaround on the fact that microsoft excel (both version 2003 and 2010) cannot save CSV files including extended characters such as japaneese characters?
This is super annoying since the only format supported by Sale Force is CSV files and all microsoft boxes out there will probably have CSV assigned to Excel. Opening the .CSV UTF-8 file in excel destroys any non ascii characters.
Anyone recommend anything more powerful then notepad that supports UTF-8 formatted CSV files?
