Allow us to set the order workflow rules run in

Process Builders & Workflow

Currently all workflow rules run at the same time, then their actions are completed. This means if you want one workflow rule to update a field, and another workflow rule to trigger or not based on the value in that field. You can not do it. eg Workflow rule 1 If they have shown interest in product A and they not been contacted today then send an email to salesperson 1 to follow up and set a field to say they have been contacted today. Workflow rule 2 If they have shown interest in product B and they not been contacted today then send an email to salesperson 2 to follow up and set a field to say they have been contacted today. Workflow rule 3 If they have shown interest in products A and B and they not been contacted today then send an email to salesperson 3 to follow up and set a field to say they have been contacted today. Workflow 4 if an email has been sent to them today mark set a field to say they have been contacted today. If a person shows interest in both products A and B, then all 3 rules will be triggered.

    Hi Everyone- I heard back from product management, please see below:

    This is something we want to implement, however there are some dependencies that need to be delivered before this particular functionality can be. Those dependencies are on the roadmap, but we don't yet have an ETA.

    We'll continue to actively track and monitor this Idea in the meantime, so that we can keep you posted as we have more progress/news to share. Thanks for your patience.
