Better Audit Trails in Pardot

When a user opts out a prospect in Pardot, the audit for that prospect shows the source as "Change by Pardot user in the Prospect section".  You must open a case with Pardot to find out who changed a record.  Please make this availible in… Show more

Remove Pardot Tracking in Forwarded Emails

Support multiple email addresses for prospects

It seems we run into this more frequently in our industry, where prospects have multiple email addresses which then creates duplicate records. Anyone else?

Un-hide Pardot Sync with CRM button

I often have to individually sync Prospects to CRM, can the Sync with CRM button be made visible by default on the Prospect layout instead of being hidden under the arrow. Disable Sync is the default visible option and we almost never use that.
