Add Edit and Clone functions to Action Plan Templates

Currently an Action Plan Template cannot be edited or cloned once the template has been published.  Instead the Action Plan Template is deactivated and a new template is created manually.  This is a very time consuming process.

Salesforce Surveys - Allow Question Logic Navigation to Select Thank You Page

It would provide a better customer experience if survey responders could be taken directly to the Thank You page based on their responses. Right now, you have to add a dummy question at the end, immediately before the Thank You page.
