Quick Action Predefined Field Values: Include 'Owner' and 'Record Type' fields

Lists & Actions

When creating a Quick Action on the Case object, for example, I would like to be able to select 'Case Owner' and 'Case Record Type' as Predefined Field Values.

This would allow me to create a Quick Action that sets the 'Case Owner' as the current user ($User.Id). Or, I could create a Quick Action that changes the Case Record Type, Case Owner, and Status all at once, which is another scenario our org requires.

Right now, I am using a workaround. I created a custom field on the Case object named 'Quick Action Helper.' Then, I created a Quick Action which updates the value of this 'Quick Action Helper' field. Then, I have a Process Builder that listens for the 'Quick Action Helper' value to change, and it completes the rest of the updates that I'm actually trying to complete. It would be great if I could accomplish this with a simple Quick Action, instead of involving Process Builder.
