Always Display Default Grade in Pardot
We recently had a situation where all of the fields used in a Grading Profile were filled out. The values used, however, did not change the prospect's Grade from the default value. As such, when looking at the prospect, it appeared that the prospect did not have a grade. As we looked into the prospect, we realized each of the fields were answered in a way that they never changed the Grade.
We believe that a Default Grade should always be shown, especially if a non-default Profile is assigned to the Prospect.
