When using Salesforce Inbox plug in for Gmail, I hover over an email contact and they come up in the inbox plug in. After I click on the users name, it brings me to a page with 3 tabs; profile, records, task.
When i go to the records tab to cread a new lead, the information does not populate over to the new contact fields.
Then when I have to manually type in all the information that was already populated in the Profile tab, I have to click back to view the information. Funny thing is, it doesn't save where I was in the contact creation.
Solution! Autopopulate and/or custom map the fields you are already pulling from the profile tab into the Record Creation! Feel like this should already be a thing...
